You agree that by using any services provided by The Garden Guys shall constitute your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
- We are committed to ensuring the privacy of our customers and users of this site which is governed by our Privacy Policy.
- The standard visit frequency is either a two or a four-weekly rota. On rare occasions this may change temporarily due to various reasons including but not limited to adverse weather conditions, machine failure, staff and public holidays.
- It will be the gardener’s discretion as to whether work can be carried out if there is bad weather such as rain for example.
- If you require to miss a scheduled visit, if for example you are away on holiday, you must notify The Garden Guys in advance via email.
- Booking is made online via our booking system. You can pay via card payment for one off or via Direct debit for an ongoing subscription.
- Fees and charges are as advertised and as agreed at the point of sale.
- Subscription payments will be charged over a 12 month period, including during the months January and February. The total cost for visits throughout the months March – December will be totalled and divided by 12 months.
- We reserve the right to change prices without any prior notice. Any direct debits already in place will not be affected by any price increase.
- VAT is charged, inclusive of the advertised price.
- You are free to cancel the service at any time. If you wish to cancel please notify The Garden Guys in writing to our office address or by email to contact@garden-guys.co.uk
- In the event of a customer relocating, if we cover the area of the new address, we will carry out the work paid in advance at the new address. If not covered, a refund will not be possible.
- The Garden Guys reserves the right to cancel any existing service or to decline any new custom for any reason.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that The Garden Guys has your correct and current contact details.
- It is the responsibility of The Garden Guys to notify the customer of any changes to the visit schedule.
- The Garden Guys reserves the right to change, amend and update these terms and conditions without prior notice. If we update these terms and conditions any changes will appear on this website.
